Christine Greiss, M.D.
Dr. Christine Greiss received her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 and internship at UMDNJ-SOM – Christ Hospital in Jersey City in 2010. She is now a board-certified physiatrist who completed Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency training in 2013 and Traumatic Brain Injury fellowship in 2014 from Rutgers-NJMS and Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation.
She was heavily involved with research and academics during her fellowship and has co-authored the chapter, “Neuropharmacology in Acute TBI” in Critical Care TBI. She also authored publications in the Journal of Critical Care and Journal of Neuromuscular disorders during her training. She is currently working on a project evaluating the impact of a physiatrist in the acute care setting on rehabilitation outcomes. She is particularly interested in acute care trauma rehabilitation and inpatient TBI, with focus on neuropharmacology.
She resides in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn with her husband, and enjoys cooking, traveling, and activities with her church community.
